1. Services Offered:

Hurriclean offers cleaning services, including but not limited to residential and commercial cleaning. The scope of services will be determined by the specific cleaning package selected by the client.

2. Service Agreements:

a. The client agrees to provide accurate information regarding the size and condition of the premises to be cleaned.

b. The client must specify any special cleaning requirements or preferences when scheduling the service.

c. Upon arrival at the property, Hurriclean will perform a comprehensive inspection to validate the accuracy of the information provided in the client's quote. If any omissions or inaccuracies are identified, Hurriclean will engage in a discussion with the client to ensure a complete understanding of the cleaning requirements.

d. Hurriclean will make every effort to accommodate the client's requested date and time for cleaning services, but specific appointments are subject to availability.

3. Pricing and Payment:

a. The pricing and services will be outlined in the quote and cleaning package selected by the client.

b. Payment is due before or at the time of service unless other payment arrangements are agreed upon in advance.

c. Payment methods accepted may include cash or bank transfer.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

a. Clients must provide at least '24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

 

5. Liability and Damages

a. Hurriclean Cleaning Services will exercise exceptional care when providing cleaning services.

b. The client is responsible for securing valuable items and pets during cleaning.

c. Hurriclean Cleaning Services is not liable for damages caused by third parties.

6. Access to Premises:

a. The client agrees to provide access to the premises at the scheduled cleaning times.

b. Upon arrival, if our cleaning team encounters challenges gaining access to the property, and as a result, is unable to commence the agreed-upon cleaning at the scheduled time, an additional charge may be applied to facilitate the completion of the specified duties. It is important to note that if access constraints impede the cleaners from concluding all tasks, Hurriclean cannot be held responsible for any incomplete jobs arising from the aforementioned access limitations.

Furthermore, Hurriclean reserves the right to decline an extension of cleaning time beyond the initially agreed-upon duration due to subsequent commitments on our schedule.

7. Complaints and Disputes:

a. Any complaints or disputes should be reported to Hurriclean within 24 hours of the cleaning service being completed. Hurriclean will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue.

8. Termination:

a. Either party has the right to terminate the service agreement by providing written notice, with a notice period of 24 hours, and such termination should be based on valid and justifiable reasons.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality:

a. Hurriclean respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any client information to third parties without the client's consent.

10. Insurance:

a. Hurriclean maintains appropriate insurance coverage.

b. Clients are encouraged to maintain insurance coverage for their property.

11. Governing Law:

a. This agreement is governed by the laws of WA/Australia.

​

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

a. Hurriclean reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
