How do I book a clean?
How many cleaners will attend each clean?
You can book a clean using the following methods:

Will the same cleaners attend?
We will send a minimum of 2 cleaners per clean to ensure each task is completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
Can I cancel a clean if I have already booked?
Yes, when possible we will send the same cleaners ensuring a thorough and efficient clean every time.
Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
Yes any clean can be cancelled/re-scheduled providing at least 24 hours notice.

What payment methods are accepted?
Unless you have any special requirements, all cleaning supplies and equipment will be provided.
How long is the duration of the clean?
The duration of a clean depends on the size of your home and the specific services requested.
We can provide estimates for the length of the clean when you schedule your appointment.
Does Hurriclean have public liability insurance?
Yes, Hurriclean is fully insured and has public liability insurance to provide our customers with added peace of mind.
Does Hurriclean have public liability insurance?
All Hurriclean employees have been through extensive background checks and have police clearances.
What if I have pets?
To ensure the safety of our cleaners please make sure your pets are secured to an area that will not interfere with the clean.
We currently only accept cash payments and direct bank transfers.
When will payment need to be made?
We accept payments in advance, otherwise payment must be made on completion of the clean.
Once a payment has been made, proof of payment must be provided.
What if I am not satisfied with the clean?
If you are unsatisfied with any part of the clean please contact us immediately to discuss. We want to ensure the best experience for our clients and if required we can organise a return to the property to rectify.
Will the property need to be vacant during the clean?
It is preferred, however we understand that this is not always possible and will cater to each clients specific needs.
